Kwasu Journal of Law seeks to encourage and promote pure legal, socio-legal interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary approaches to legal issues. The journal publishes original researches that expound the contemporary legal issues in Africa from diverse perspectives with the aim of creating a forum for exchange of ideas across legal disciplines. A peer-reviewed biannual publication of the College of Law at Kwara State University, the journal welcomes papers in General Areas of Law, Tax Law, Comparative Law, Labour Law, Islamic Law and Practice, Media Law, International Law, ICT Law, Banking Law, Aviation Law, Customary Law and Practice and Space Law.
