Kwasu International Journal of Educational Management and Leadership (KIJEMAL) is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access online journal, domiciled in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, Kwara State University, Malete. Sponsorship Disclosure

History of the Journal

KIJEMAL was established 6th October, 2024, as an academic platform to promote scholarly discourse, research dissemination, and intellectual engagement in the fields of educational management, administration, and leadership. The journal emerged from the commitment of the Faculty of Education at Kwara State University, Malete, to advance research culture and provide a credible outlet for academics, researchers, and practitioners to share empirical and theoretical contributions that address contemporary educational issues.
