About the Journal
At-Takhrij is an annual publication journal of the Department of Islamic Law, Faculty of Law, Kwara State University. It provides a platform for both incoming and distinguished scholars across the universe to showcase the outcome of their recent research findings in the core areas of Islamic law and comparative approach touching on the aspects of Islamic law. The journal adopts an open access policy for global visibility. It maintains high integrity and places serious sanction of the plagiarism policy.
